**Insights** is where you see how one custom is doing: where people came from,
how far they got, what they answered, and what they did with the result you made
for them.

Four tabs share one date range, set with the picker at the top right. Change it
once and all four follow.

Insights reads your **live** custom, so there is nothing here until you have
published. And the last day or two always looks light — someone who comes
through this afternoon may not open their result until tomorrow, and the numbers
keep filling in for a few days.

- **[Performance](/en/customs/insights/performance/)** — the headline numbers:
  leads, watch rate, and what people clicked.
- **[Audience](/en/customs/insights/audience/)** — which channel people came
  from, what they were using, what language they speak.
- **[Responses](/en/customs/insights/responses/)** — how people answered, question
  by question.
- **[Flow](/en/customs/insights/flow/)** — the whole journey as a map, and where
  people drop out of it.
