**Performance** is the first tab of Insights and the one to open when the
question is simply *"is this working?"*.

## The big number

On the left, in black: **Leads** — how many people came all the way through and
became a lead in the period you picked. It is the same figure you see in People
and on your Dashboard, narrowed to this custom and this date range.

Click it and it opens into a chart, with its own date picker, so you can see
whether that number is climbing or flattening.

## The six tiles

To the right, six smaller cards:

| | |
|---|---|
| **Time saved** | Roughly how long it would have taken to record each of these videos by hand. The line underneath puts it in working days, weeks or months. |
| **Total completion rate** | Across all completed runs. |
| **Insights collected** | Answers gathered — everyone who came through, multiplied by the questions you ask. |
| **Videos watched** | How many people opened the result you made for them. |
| **Link clicks** | How many clicked the button on their result page. |
| **See where people drop off** | Not a number — a shortcut into the Flow tab. |

## Opening a tile up

**Total completion rate**, **Videos watched** and **Link clicks** open the same
way the big number does: click one and you get a chart with its own date picker,
so you can compare a good week against a bad one without disturbing the range
the rest of the tab is using.

**Time saved** and **Insights collected** are worked out from your leads and your
custom rather than measured, so there is no trend behind them to open.

:::note[The last few days always look low]
Someone who arrives today might not open their result until tomorrow, or click
the button the day after. Recent numbers keep rising for several days — judge a
week once it has finished.
