**Workspace settings → Billing** is where your plan, your usage and your invoices
live. It's account-level: everything here covers every custom and every workspace
you own, not one campaign.

The tab is always in your settings, but it only opens for the owner — the person
whose card pays for the workspace. For everyone else, including admins, it's
there but greyed out. If you need something changed here, ask the owner.

Everything is priced around one unit: one person who finishes one of your customs
and gets their personalised result. Your plan counts it as a **video**; lead packs
and **Leads left** count it as a **lead** — it's the same thing. Someone who drops
out halfway costs you nothing.

  — what your plan includes, where to read what you've used, and how the free plan
  works.
- [Lead packs](/en/settings/plan-and-billing/lead-packs/) — buying leads on top
of your plan, how long they last, refunds, and packs without a subscription.
- [Auto-refill](/en/settings/plan-and-billing/auto-refill/) — having a pack bought
for you when your leads run low, and the monthly limit you set.
- [Going over your plan](/en/settings/plan-and-billing/going-over-your-plan/) —
what happens when your plan's leads run out, the **Allow overage** switch some
subscriptions still have, and what SMS cost.
- [Why a lead got no video](/en/settings/plan-and-billing/why-a-lead-got-no-video/)
