Your plan buys you a number of **videos per month**. One video is one person who
finished one of your customs and received their personalised result. Someone who
opens your quiz and leaves partway through doesn't count. On the Billing page
and in lead packs, the same unit is called a **lead**.

**Workspace settings → Billing** shows your own numbers — your limit, your price and
your renewal date. That's the page to trust, not a price table: if you've been
with us a while you may be on prices we no longer sell, and the page reflects what
you actually pay.

## Reading your usage

**Leads left** shows what you can still use: what's left of your plan for this
billing period, plus what's left in your lead packs. The split is written under
it, with how many you've used this billing cycle.

Your plan's part resets when your plan renews, not on the first of the month —
so if you subscribed on the 14th, that's your reset day. Pack leads don't reset:
each pack lasts 90 days, and the card says when the next ones expire. See

If we've ever added leads to your account by hand, they count in your plan's
part. They're for the current period only and don't carry over.

Your usage also sits in the sidebar as you work — your plan's videos, plus your
pack leads if you have any — so you don't have to open settings to see where you
are.

## What **Current plan** tells you

Four things: your plan, whether you're billed monthly or yearly, what you'll be
charged next and when, and your monthly video limit.

The next-billing figure is your **plan** only. Lead packs are paid when you buy
them, and SMS — plus extra videos, if your subscription still has overage — are
billed separately: see

## The free plan

New accounts start free: a set number of videos, a trial window, and the full
builder. No card.

- **There's no going over the free plan's videos.** When you reach the limit, or
  the window closes, new videos stop unless you have a lead pack. Nothing is
  charged and nothing is lost — the people who arrived are still in **Leads**,
  waiting.
- **You can still buy lead packs**, during the trial or after it. A valid pack
  pays for new videos and keeps your customs online — see
  [lead packs](/en/settings/plan-and-billing/lead-packs/).

Everything else keeps working while you decide: building, collecting people,
recording clips.

The **Free Trial** card shows the days you have left. When it runs out,
publishing and new videos pause until you pick a plan or buy a lead pack — so
don't rely on being reminded.
