Auto-refill

Source

Auto-refill buys a lead pack for you when your leads run low, so your customs keep making videos. It’s off until you turn it on, and you decide which pack it buys and how much it may spend each month.

  1. Go to Workspace settings → Billing. Only the owner can open it — the person whose card pays for the workspace.

  2. In the Auto-refill card, fill in the sentence:

When I have fewer than [number] leads, add [pack]. Never spend more than [amount] a month on refills.

  3. Turn on the switch.

Auto-refill needs a saved card: if you don’t have one, use Add a card in the same card. To change a value later, edit it and click Save.

When you subscribe to a plan, you can also tick Keep my funnels running: it turns auto-refill on with our smallest pack, up to two a month. You can change it or turn it off on the Billing page at any time.

Still paying per extra video? Turning on auto-refill moves you to packs, as a first pack does: you’re asked to confirm first, and overage already used this month is billed at renewal as usual.

The number counts your plan’s leads and your pack leads together. When what’s left falls below it, auto-refill buys the pack you chose. Each refill is charged to your card and receipted like a pack you buy yourself.

The amount is a limit on refills only — it never touches your plan. It runs per calendar month (UTC): a refill that would take the month over it isn’t bought, and auto-refill waits for next month or a higher limit. The card keeps count, for example This month: 1 refill, $120 of $240. We email you when refills reach 80% of the limit, and again when a refill is skipped because of it.

If you run out of leads anyway, the banner at the top of the app says whether a pack is on its way or why it isn’t, with Manage auto-refill.

If a refill’s payment fails, or your bank asks you to confirm it, no leads are added until it’s paid, and auto-refill buys nothing else in the meantime. The card says so, with Pay, and we email you the payment link. Leads you’ve already paid for keep making videos until they run out.
