Invoices and payment

Source

Workspace settings → Billing has two rows near the bottom: Invoices and Billing info. Between them they cover everything about what you were charged and how.

Invoices → View lists everything we’ve charged you: the date, the invoice number, the amount and whether it’s paid. Download PDF on any row gets you that one; Download all gets a month in one go.

Invoices are grouped by month, and the current month shows as in progress — it’s still accumulating. An invoice marked Open hasn’t been paid yet, and Pay now settles it.

You’ll usually see more than one invoice a month, and that’s normal rather than a mistake:

  • your plan, on the day it renews
  • each lead pack, whether you bought it or auto-refill did, on the day it’s paid — see lead packs
  • separate charges for SMS, and for extra videos if your subscription still has overage, when they’re billed as you go — see going over your plan
  • a one-off proration the day you upgrade

When an invoice is paid we email you a receipt with the PDF attached. The automatic out-of-plan charges are the exception — they appear here, but don’t send a separate email.

Billing info → Manage shows the card on file with its expiry, and Change replaces it. There’s no way to remove a card without putting another in its place — replacing is the only operation.

Worth doing before it matters: an expired card is the usual reason a renewal fails.

The banner at the top of the app says so, and Update payment takes you straight to it:

Your payment didn’t go through. Update your payment method to avoid interruption.

Nothing stops that day. There’s a short grace period during which everything keeps running — videos, follow-up emails, the lot. Fix the card inside it and nobody notices. Let it run out and the account drops back to free: publishing and new videos stop, and your customs stop taking new people. A valid lead pack is the exception: your customs stay online and its leads pay for new videos until it expires.

Publishing is the one thing that stops immediately rather than at the end of grace.

Getting your company details on an invoice

Section titled “Getting your company details on an invoice”

There’s no field in the app for a company name, address or VAT number — invoices carry what Stripe holds for you as a customer.

If yours need changing, or need to be reissued with a VAT number on them, ask us through Workspace settings → Support. Send the invoice number and the exact details you need on it and we’ll sort it out.
