Leads
Leads is the table of everyone in one custom, however they arrived. One row per person; the columns are your custom’s own fields — their details, their answers, and anything else you’ve added.
However they arrived
Section titled “However they arrived”A quiz used to be the only way into a custom. It isn’t any more. Sources — the tab just above this one — is where you connect the other ways, and Add a source lives there:

Whichever way someone arrives, what they bring with them is matched onto your custom’s questions — a spreadsheet column or a field from another tool becomes what a quiz answer would have been. Everything after that works the same way.
The Source column tells you which route each person took.
