Responses
Responses shows what people actually answered, one card per question.
Each card carries the question, how many responses it got, and the split across the answers — as a donut by default, or as bars with the toggle in the corner. The legend lists the five most-picked answers with their share; anything past that is summarised as + N more.
Who is counted
Section titled “Who is counted”Only people who finished. Someone who answered your first three questions and left does not appear here, on any card — which is why the response counts on this tab are lower than the per-question counts on the Flow tab, and why the two are answering different questions.
The contact form is not a card. It collects details rather than answers, and those live in People.
Reading it
Section titled “Reading it”The donut is a distribution, so what you are looking for is a shape you did not expect:
- One answer taking almost everything. Either you already knew that, in which case the question is not earning its place — or you did not, in which case your audience is narrower than you were writing for.
- A dead-even spread. Often the wording, not the audience. If people cannot tell your options apart they pick more or less at random.
- An answer nobody ever picks. Cut it. Every option you remove is one less decision between someone and their result.
Where a question drives which clip someone sees, this tab tells you which of those clips is doing the work — and which one you recorded for a handful of people.
