Your call to action

Source

The call to action is the point of the page. You pick one of three kinds, and it sits below the video.

Button is a labelled button that sends people somewhere — your offer, your checkout, your site. Write the label and the destination.

Calendar puts your scheduler in the page. Someone picks a time without leaving, which is why it converts better than a link to the same calendar. Paste your booking link and Custom One recognises the tool.

One thing to get right: paste your booking page link, not a one-off meeting link. A meeting link can’t load inside a page, and Custom One will tell you so rather than silently showing an empty box.

Embed takes any <iframe> or script snippet — a form, a video, a widget, anything you’d normally paste into a website. You can give it a caption.

For a button or a calendar you can add merge tags to the destination, so someone’s name and email travel with them and they don’t retype what they just told you. Custom One fills in the parameter names your scheduler expects.

By default the call to action is there from the moment the page opens. Turn on Delay the CTA and it stays hidden until someone has watched a set percentage of their video.

With a delay on, you also choose how it arrives. Under the video is the plain version. A wide video can instead use Lower third, Centered bar, Corner pill or Docked band; a tall one uses Story scrim. Two of them — Lower third and Docked band — let you add a line of text beside the button.

The delay is per audience, so you can make one group wait and let another act immediately.
